Hello,

I just moved into a new house and it appears to be pre-wired for some type of surround sound. There are 4 speakers hanging from the ceiling and the wires run to the built in media cabinet where I have the TV.

Please check out this pic for the basic idea:



What equipment do I need to set up a surround sound type configuration? I would like to get recessed/flush mount speakers for the ceiling and I assume I need a receiver. I don't want to break the bank (5-600 USD hopefully). Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
