Did they refund money to you for your glasses, or did you have to send yours back and do an exchange?? That is how they are handling mine.
Man, I wonder how many of these 2010 TV's they are having to replace- seeing reports all over the internet about it.
I am waiting to get my replacement- I am very happy with the way Samsung is handling this, but I am still nervous about getting my C8000 replaced. Other than this pink banding issue, my TV is perfect, and who knows what new problems might crop up with a new one. Also hate the stand on the D8000, but I guess I will just have to deal with it.
