I have a PN63C8000, and have been very pleased with it, but tonight I tried playing Kung Fu Panda 2 3D and was disappointed to find that it isn't playable. I have a Sony BDP-S570, and both TV and BD player have the latest software updates. The first time I tried the disc it just displayed a notice that I needed the latest upgrades to play the disc. The second time I tried, it started the movie, but there are many scenes that just look blurry - presumably because of some incompatibility. I have about a dozen 3D movies and this is the first one that has had issues.
Has anybody else been able to display Kung Fu Panda 2 in 3D on a PNxxC8000? I suspect it is the TV, but I suppose it could also be the player.

. Well from past experience, this set was a replacement for a B series with the white horizontal bands, If you are very nice and cooperative with the first round of service calls, Samsung will take care of you. I am way out of warranty, but Sammy is sending a tech with no charge for labor or parts. The service person, number two after I was nice to number one, adjusted my warranty date so that I am covered. I will keep you posted on what happens next. For those of you who are mad about the state of your Sammy for whatever reason, don't call until you cool down and be nice. You will be amazed
