Final choice for surround system Jamo Polk Onkyo or Dayton

Hi guys , after reading a lot i narrowed my speakers choices to a few picks for my first home teather system, they will be connected to a onkyo 607, with a budget of 280$ my main choices are:

-Dayton HTS-1200 speakers + Bic V1020 Subwoofer at 280$

-Jamo S 413 HCS5 5.1 at 200$


And i also read those dayton speakers are better than the recommended polk rm6750 and the jamos sound pair to the polks sp wich one should i choose?

oh and i forgot to say that the room measures 13.5 feet x 7.5 feet ! thanks !!
