Panasonic HS-250 or Sony CX110

From my job, I'm able to get the HS250 or CX110 both for 400. I'm having a hard choosing which one. I have used the cx110 in store and liked it. I also have Extra batteries for the sony. As for the panasonic, i have never used it, but reviews say it pretty good. My biggest concerns are low light recording (low grain/noise) and wideangle.

the sony batteries from last year changed. you cant use the fh batteries anymore (if thats what you have)
