This is a funny comment. It looks like 11 months later after my purchase and return of 2 Samsung 3ZD tv's that people are still have trouble upgrading thier firmware on these sets.

Also, there is a comment that after 5 upgrades no 3d picture improvement had been observed.

I can't believe that they are still in the 3D business.

Two weeks ago I demoed their 2011 led 3D tv and it stills suffers from ghosting.

What I find funny is that some of us get one TV and have no real issues, yet those followed by the perpetual cloud get several replacements and still can't get one that works.

As far as trouble upgrading, my 85 year old parents could never set the clock on their VCR. Some folks are challenged by technology.

Can't believe they're still in the 3D business? I'm OK with mine.

What picture mode are you using? And what are your PQ settings?
What motion control settings are you using if any?

I'm attempting to revert to an older firmware via USB. I've followed the instructions in the Samsung Firmware update .pdf document. Like others, my TV doesn't recognize any firmware files on the USB drive. I never had any issue upgrading firmware over the wired internet connection. Not sure if there is a trick to this. I currently have v1035 firmware and would like to have the MJC effect turned back on. (I actually liked this effect) Also, my NetFlix always drops out during movie playback. (screen goes black for a split second at random)

Not sure you can. I emailed Samsung about downgrading the firmware on my c6900 blu ray player since the latest screws up dlna playback and they said it wasn't possible.

The Netflix thing isn't a drop out, but it is switching quality because of network performance. If I remember correctly what it would before was just pause and rebuffer as it switch quality (up or down). The black screen is less annoying to the flow, but probably more noticable. If that makes sense.

Hello! I ask you please help me, I'm from Argentina and I have a samsung UN46C7000WM, made in brazil, the firmware version is not saying that is, only the file name begins with 2010 showing.

A week ago I was in USA and buy a Samsung camera CY-STC1100/za. In the product box says compatible with LED TVs 2010 line C7000. By connecting the camera does not turn on his light blue, indicating that skype is working and does not recognize.

I ask samsung Argentina and got a link to download the firm 1011 (this is the link: http://www.samsung.com/ar/support/model/UN46C7000WMXUG-downloads #) but fails to install it on my PC and if this is not the camera work, can not tell me if it is similar to 1035.

The steps that follow to install this firmware 1011 are: download the. Zip and copy it to a FAT32 and run PEND and IMAGES unzipped directory and another one but the TV does not recognize that there is an update in the PEND.

I need help because they do not know much SAMSUNG Argentina in USA samsung chat and know more but being TV camera uses brazil and I want to provide support and SAMSUNG brazil not helped me in chat saying who did not know the camera to be a product of USA.

I read many post and saw what the truth sammy but would need your help please.
