Apparently this guy's design firm was contracted by Fox Sports to take a look at modernizing and reshaping their on-screen graphics package. In his words:

Personally I like some of the ideas here, but the thin serif for the scores and some of the overall polish seems to be pretty lacking here, which is partly why I didn't consider it truly official until looking into his website and portfolio and it all seems to be pretty legitimate.
