Conan's show has always been about more than just what guest are on any particular night if you have ever watched him over the years.
His monologue and skits using his on-screen cast is what separates him from all others and makes the show worth watching alone.
Agreed, but you still have to have interesting guests. Unfortunately, his guest list kinda sucks.
I hope he does well and I hope his ratings absolutely kills Leno's ratings. And I mean over the long haul.
