IR Hex Code for Kallox Remote Curtains

Hi Everyone,
I was hoping someone could assist me please, l recently purchased cheap IR curtain track system - Kallox - purchased from Smarthome.

I am having problems with the unit receiver picking the IR code being sent from my Control4 unit.

I have tried just about everything in which the Kallox unit will not respond to the blastered IR from my ir bud connected to my Control4 C200 controller unit.

I was wondering if anyone else has this brand and is able to to provide the HEX IR code to allow me to paste it into the Control4 software. I suspect the IR code that Control4 unit learns is not correct.

As a test, l was very easily able to get my Logitech Harmony remote to learn the IR and was able to send to the Kallox unit with any problems. I also tried sending the IR code from the Harmony into the Control4 unit without any joy.

I hope all this make sense? Applogies if l have posted this in the wrong thread.

I have contact both vendors asking exactly that, l won't hold breath though.

Does anyone else have any suggestions or have this particular curtain track system?

Kallox is located in China, l have sent them an email and are awaiting their responce.
