Gears of War 3!!! - Page 32

Yeah, imagine my dismay a few weeks ago when I went on to kill a few hours playing Horde solo to rack up some fortification progress and it turned out to the the "Berzerkers on every level" day

Anyone up for trying the new maps this weekend? I'm looking at some free time Friday and Saturday night after my daughter goes to bed.

We are usually in MP, though...haven't done a lot of HORDE, but if the regular's are offline, I may jump in your room...

Level 50+ on Horde.
Today while playing an online session I went up to Level 54 of Horde is this something new or someone caught a glitch of some sorts? as I haven't read anything about it.
Strange thing was one of the guy left and it reverted back to level 42 again.
Has anyone else experienced this?

was wondering if you guys could post whenever there's a special event going on with Gears?

Gears is still my favorite series. But I'm so backlogged in games that I'm making an effort to at least get through them and it's causing me to seriously neglect Gears.

I got a 360 relatively late in its lifecycle so I'm even playing a ton of ancient games. Just finished Rainbow Six Vegas and starting Rainbow Six Vegas 2 (these games are amazing!!!!). Also getting through Mass Effect, Mirror's Edge, etc. Haven't even cracked out a bunch of them such as Batman Arkham City, Halo Wars, etc.

Just a suggestion... you could subscribe to the Gears Twitter feed.

yeah, I don't do Twitter... not my thing. the whole idea sounds silly. I tried it for awhile and it was just a bunch of stupid useless posts by friends or advertisements by companies.

the only thing I use twitter for now is entering contests. the possibility of winning something is good enough for that.

This Easter weekend you'll be hunting bunnies in Gears of War 3 and be getting 2x XP! Not only that, but we'll have Classic Horde with no Savage, no Lambent, no bases, no fortifications, no cost for weapons, no buy back in and Gears 2 wave structure with Bloodmount bosses.

In Beast Mode Power Struggle, there will be more powerful Locust, COG and fortifications, advanced weaponry and no stranded. The Get Gnashty playlist also makes a return!

Finished co-op campaign last night. Finally done with the series and now I can finish up some leftover games and be done with all the shooters and action adventures games. The time will come when I go back to my fighting game roots.

I love Horde so much I bought the season pass for the 15 or so extra maps. Bought the game for 30.00, so I feel 60.00 for the full game is a fair price, minus the ton of dough for all the weapon skins.. I still wish more maps were free so you can have more players playing the maps.
