Paradigm PBK-1 mic calibration file

Does anyone know how to read the *.cal file that comes with the Paradigm PBK-1?

Background:
I just recently bought the PBK-1 for my Paradigm Sub 12 and would like to use the mic to take some room measurements on my own. I'm planning on generating test tones/sweeps using Matlab, and record the acoustics from the mic. However, to get meaningful data I need to apply the calibration curves found in the *.cal file. Unfortunately, the file isn't in any sort of standard ASCII format, so its not obvious how to extract the data.

Never seen one, but typically these files are in the format:

FREQ1 DEVIATION1
FREQ2 DEVIATION2

Space may be replaced with commas and the like.

Yes, I was hoping that the cal file would be in a standard ASCII format as you described. But, when I open it with any text editor I get a bunch of garbage.

I need to know what the header and data structures look like, and then open it as a binary file.

Where is the cal file supposed to be located?
The dealer gave me an old PBK software disc (2008) and it did not copy a cal file nor is there one on the CD. It just has an X850 Configurator program. So I installed the latest PBK v2 software from their site and still no luck. Says can't find the cal file for my mic
