Sony BRAVIA 22" BX300 Calibration Settings?

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, and I recently purchased an HDTV for my dorm room, the Sony BRAVIA BX300, 22". I recently hooked up My Xbox 360 Elite, with an HDMI Cable , and all is well, however I notice in my games things arent as good as they should be. I have been scouring the net for Calibration settings but to no avail. Can anyone help me? Just looking for some optimal settings, Thanks, and I'm running at 720p.
