Again the sound with the front high, front wide, surrounds and backs is INSANELY convolving, you hear stuff moving like acoustical maelstroms all over the room, client freaked out.

Hi Chris, It is a temporary soft vinyl VUtec rig until fusion comes in (it is hot-spotting more than the fusion will be).The rig too is Vutec.

There is a members walk through with outdoor dinner tonight , an employee video training tomorrow and a pre-release d-cinema movie tomorrow night, they were happy to see me back from CEDIA.

I fired up the blu-ray of Under the Sea (2-d this time) to test, as if I hadn't had enough all last week.

The sofas are going to be fitted with 3" increment leg heights to try clear the sightlines.

Thanks buddy. I had complained that the local Imax woofers fart a bit when showing the trailer fro the up and coming Tron. Today we fired up the server and the Tron trailer did the same for the Artisons,.

Yesterday the during the premiere presentations of TRON the producer Jeff Silver commented how well the 3-D system looked and amazed at the compactness of this DCI rear pro system.

I keep forgetting that this is indeed the world's first and only dci rear projection 3d system.

They have the motorized windows, they are still waiting for some of the crestron control which is on site to get hooked up to the house crestron.

Peter,
I have said this previously and will say it again. You definitely need a top notch DSLR camera to show off your installs.

I hope this was your new year's resolution because everything else is commendable!

Hi Haroon, I thought I had bought a good panasonic camera with the LUMIX dmc-lx3 which has Leica Lenses. What are you suggesting I buy that will have better results in point and shoot situations? I am not a very good photographer as you well know.

Hi Peter ... I think you need to take some tips from Ruben because he posts excellent pictures. The pictures you posted with light are OK but the ones in the dark are hazy. Are you compressing the files before uploading them?

Your work is wonderful and you know that I always admire it. I just feel that the pictures need to do justice to the hard-work behind the installations. My cousin bought a second hand Canon DSLR for around $370 and the pictures it takes are extremely crisp. It's slightly bigger in size but not too much to be bothersome.

P.S. The MegaMind poster you posted has the clarity and crispness you should be aiming for.

Is this hotel open to the public? I have to do some work at the hotel to the north and may have some time venture by.

Hi Eric,

No they are kind of snotty about it. There is a restaurant Cicconis or something like that that is open, but it's pretty expensive.

I may be able to get the projectionist to show you.

That is fine. I got a feeling that Goldfinger's hotel is going to be a handful and probably take all day.

Did you go to the Latin American broadcasting show there a couple of weeks ago?
