Distributing HDMI only source to multiple TVs

I have an XBMC media player that uses ASROCK 330 NVIDIA ION hw to stream 1080p HD content. Connected locally from the ASROCK to my TV, streaming from a network HD, everything works great. However, I want to distribute the XBMC feed through a video matrix with multiple length CAT6 runs from 40-80 ft. Unfortunately the ASROCK only has HDMI and VGA out, no component output. We've successfully distributed cable boxes, and bluray players.

I've tried the following to no avail:

1) I've tried HDMI baluns, don't get a signal or a correct handshake
2) I've tried HDFury2/3 to convert, no signal

Any other ideas?
