I have my BLOPS pretty much ready to be returned to Amazon so I can pre-order something else... every bit counts. I loved BLOPS (it was a growing kind of love), but it's time with me is over.

Well, presumably none of this is going out over the open Internet, it should all be system link and lag free. But I can at least report back on the general feel...ill definitely be looking hard at how the guns recoil, whether or not there's sway, etc.
Basically if the rifles sway it'll feel just like mw1, if they don't, mw2. Or they could surprise us and it could feel unique, but I've got my money on it feeling like mw1.
as someone who has had 2 Xbox 360's banned for flashing the dvd-rom drives I can tell you with the utmost certainty that playing a legit, retail copy of the game earlier than it's release date will not get your XBox banned.
XBL enforcement has said many times that playing legit copies of the game early are not a bannable offense.
They may contact you about how you got the copy though.
What does get your Xbox banned?
Using a poorly ripped & unpatched copy of a game.
