Haven on Syfy-HD - Page 5

While I had my doubts the first couple of episodes, I've got to say that Haven has come back with a vengeance. The last couple episodes have been awesome. The story lines and characters have returned to the level that I enjoyed so much in the first couple seasons. Haven is back and I love it. smile.gif

I can't see how they are going to resolve the "disappearance" in three weeks. My best guess is that will be the time when the show goes into hiatus.

She'll probably disappear in the season finale, and we'll have to wait until next year to find out how she comes back.

Syfy has renewed Haven.

The cable network has ordered a 13-episode fourth season, it was announced Friday by Mark Stern, president original content, Syfy and co-head original content, Universal Cable Productions.

This makes me very happy! smile.gif

I'm also very happy, this is one of the few shows I start watching as soon as there's some commercial skip buffer recorded the night it airs.

Just caught up with Haven, the little Danvers' girl was driving me buggy. I finally looked it up, she was Annie on Copper.

She looked very familiar to me too, thanks for looking that up!

I recorded Haven last night on the DVR and got a Christmas episode of Eureka instead. Just went to the Syfy site and looked at the Haven forum. The Haven episode was rescheduled because it had "scenes of fictitious high school violence."
I saw that too. Terrible coincidence, but good decision by those in charge.

Just now got around to watching Haven, and of course it's not there. Was there any mention of when it will be re-aired? The season finale is scheduled next Friday. I don't want to watch them out of order. There is a marathon scheduled next Thursday and "Reunion" the pre-empted episode is supposed to air @ 7:00pm. I suspect they will get the schedule fixed if they decide to change it. Just wondering if anyone has heard or read anything concerning how they plan on airing the last 2 episodes?

As of last night, the episode was still listed as part of next week's pre-finale marathon, however, I haven't seen any official announcement. It wouldn't surprise me if it's just vanished a/o released on the web only.

Its part one of a two part finale from what I have heard so i would hope they air it.

"Haven" was even mentioned on a mainstream news story yesterday about shows and movie openings that have been postponed because of the incident.

I don't want to be insensitive, but does postponing shows after events like the tragedy that happened in Connecticut really accomplish anything? It seems like it's just a reaction and they will show it in time anyway, so it's less of a tragedy in a month than it is the week of, I remember the same thing happened to an episode of Bones after the Va. Tech shooting.

It's also getting ridiculous as these "events" are happening nearly every week in the USA. What are they going to do block all tv and movies with a gun?

That's good news, we'll have to wait a month, but at least they will be aired in the ordered intended, which for this show is very important.

Looks like "Showcase" in Canada has followed suit and place last year's Christmas special in the lineup.
(Showcase follows Syfy a week later)

Damn it. I was hoping to find a way to watch Haven before mid January.

I feel your pain, so was I.
My friend says his satellite guide still had the episodes listed even though the website schedule has removed them.

So its a month's delay ..... unless there is another random act of violence anywhere in the civilized world.

I see that they are showing repeats of last year's Christmas specials for Warehouse 13 and Haven. I enjoy the Christmas specials, but I would have much preferred a new one and not a repeat of the one shown last Christmas.

Last year they did Christmas specials of Eureka, Haven, and Warehouse 13. This year - none.

I couldn't figure out what the H SyFy was doing with Haven! frown.gif

Even our Comcast recording schedule for tonight was messed up when it was A-Ok for tonight last week. Then I read their reasons on SyFy website.

Looking forward to mid-Jan.

I just looked at the TitanTV schedule that now goes to the 17th and the episodes are listed, but as repeats.
This probably means that "Season Pass" types of episode guide based recordings will have to be set manually.

Thanks. I just checked and my DirecTV DVR had the 9pm season finale set to record but not the 8pm episode.

Just watched "Reunion" and whoever at Skiffy delayed this because of the shootings has to be the greatest moron that I've ever had the misfortune to encounter.
