The better of these amps?

I do not know the Belles but I have heard the Adcom. It is a good quality amp. The best way to determine would be to listen to both of them inserted in the same setup and trust you ears. Look for dynamics, transparency and musicality.

If both have the specs to drive your JBL ND310 then the one that cost you less money is the better choice!

I hope you are looking for used because I wouldnt spend a ton on amps when you really didnt spend a lot of speakers. Its not the right appoarch to getting the best SQ.

You mean AVS has no audio knowledge and only nutcase audiophiles would know?

Before you buy an amp, try using just the 4800 as it likely is more than sufficient with those speakers. Use the money you save to upgrade to better quality speakers instead.
