Best way to access my DVR (Motorola Cox Cable box) over the internet?

I was wondering if there is a way to access my saved programs on my Motorola Cox Cable DVR over the internet? I have started traveling quite a bit and will not be able to watch any of the World Cup games live. So, I was wondering if there was a way to watch them on my laptop by accessing my DVR at home? I use the HDMI out from the Cable Box to my Processor, so I only need this device to accept a component signal and not an HDMI signal. I would assume the Motorola cable boxes output both analog and HD signals at once, right?

Thanks for any help,
Dan

Thanks. I figured it was the slingbox, but I haven't followed this technology at all. Do you recommend a certain model considering my needs?

Thanks again,
Dan

Monsoon Hava works good too - some say better than Slingbox. You'll have to Google - I can't post links. You can sometimes find the Titanium HD on sale - I got mine on woot for $99.
