I tested the file.. It seemed to play fine.. I noticed a few scenes went out of sync, then I replayed it and didn't happen again.. I guess it is hit or miss.. My main gripe with the Samsung USB 3D is that you get kicked out of the movie as soon as you try to enter the 3D menu to adjust depth etc.. Any other use of 3D and you can go into the picture menu, select 3D and adjust depth to your liking.. Again, when trying to do this on the fly while watching a USB 3D video, the video stops as soon as you enter the 3D adjustment menu.. That is totaly screwed up as you can't adjust anything if the movie is stopped.. I have a PN58C8000 running 1019 firmware.. I think the USB repeat also kicked it out of 3D upon restarting? Also, the Samsung LED has an extra 3D tweak from it's latest firmware, which the plasma didn't get in it's last update.. It's called "3D Optimizer".
