I keep getting this message when I watch recorded TV content. I cannot watch a 30 min show without getting it. This never happens with Live TV.Video Error

i3 2100 with HD2000 integrated gfx
8gb ddr2 memory
Ceton PCI card
Win7 64 home premium
80gb Intel SSD (OS)
1Tb WD drive dedicated to DVR only

I have googled this extensively and have tried the following with no success:
Complete Win7 64 reinstall
Downloaded video drivers from Intel
Turned off navigation sounds in WMC
Realtek sound set to 2 speaker stereo in Windows
WMC sound set to HDMI stereo
WMC sound set to HDMI 5.1 (even though I do not have 5.1 speakers)

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
