Nvm. Wasted on this forum.

I don't use HTPC anymore but when I did I found 960p a better rez for my XG. Now I run 1080i and have not tried 1080p. You still need gamma correction to look right.

Why is it that people's only reaction to a thread like this is to correct all the things they don't agree with?

Actually forget it. This is the problem with AVS in general. Info removed. Too bad.

I clicked on your home theater blog. Please tell me your screen doesn't really have all those waves in it?!

He says it's a torus screen. When I was considering building one, I learned that the idea is to turn on a fan, which will generate suction that will force the screen into the torus shape. It looks like the pic was taken with the fan off.
