Which manufacturer/model for 50"

Thread Starter
Moving into my first place soon and want to get a nice new TV for it. After looking at the LCD v. Plasma argument I decided on Plasma and had even managed to choose the Panny G25. After reading the owner's thread and the most recent thread about the buzzing associated with these sets, I'm not to sure of my choice.

So I put the question to you: Which 50" Plasma TV to get?

Edit: Don't need or want 3D.

Just returned my Panny TC-P50C2 for the 50G20. The C2 was really good for the money, but I wanted the full HD experience. So glad I made the switch, the G20 is incredible, no buzzing or floating blacks that I notice. Best tv I've ever had by far. THX mode is awesome.

Got a G20 six days ago. Give it a few days and you will hear the buzzing in lighter scenes and the black levels will fluctuate like mad in dark scenes.

I hope you're wrong. Has anyone had this stuff fixed by calibration?
