Outdoor antenna advice

I know this is probably an annoyingly common thread but I would like some help picking out an outdoor antenna.

I used TV fool and here is the link

I am fairly cheap so that is my big consideration. I also don't know that I need much. We have an indoor antenna and it gets all the stations we want but sometimes I have to change it's direction to make the signal clear. I figure an outdoor antenna will be 20-30 feet higher (two story house) so it should work much better.

Anything under $50 that is good?

Thanks,

Cheapest would be an AntennaCraft HBU22 from Solid Signal. If you don't want to pay or wait for shipping, you can usually get it at Radio Shack for about the same price.

It's close enough to bi-directional that your could point it either northwest or south east and it will likely work either way.
