OK well after searching the web for hours last night and talking to a tech that wouldn't help me at lg, I chatted online with a different customer service person and they gave me a hint on where to go. I have ever firmware version for this tv ever made now...

But does anyone know which firmware the 55le5400 was shipped with? The oldest one is back from dec 10 !

Kluvlaw, What is it you are needing, a saved EDID_OVERRIDE INF or a listing like you posted earlier?

not sure if people are still into this thread, its an old tv, but i wanted to come back and ask about the latest firmware....

I will be going over my friends house tonight, he has the 32 inch le5400 with factory firmware..He doesnt know how to update it,its not connected to the internet...

But my question is...

Ive put movies on a hard drive, and this tv is capable of playing mkv blu ray files...Problem is the tv doesnt seem to like when the audio is at 640kbps (lower or higher is fine) and also doesnt like DTS audio...

does the 08.03.07 firmware fix any of this?

Could someone share there experience with what type of movies they play (recent firmwares) and if they still have any problems,or does everything just play fine now??????
