Anyone try this? It doesnt appear to have wmc remote support!! Wtf.

It`s not a plugin for MC (you have to add it as an external app with Media Center Studio), but you can use the directional keys to select the buttons and has a nice virtual keyboard. Also, the return key seems to work as a back command, but that`s it. Hope more MC remote support will follow.

nope. Its a full working plugin for WMC now. Just install and you can add an option to have it appear on WMC. Its just useless to me without remote support. It sort of defeats the purpose of having to use a mouse since if you had a mouse you could just use firefox or whatever and go wherever.

You`re right, i had the old version in my software repertory. Anyway, if they added it as a plugin for WMC, remote support is soon to follow. Going to keep my eyes on this one.

yeah it could be pretty sweet. the interface is great. I would love a browser on my tv. Just add some good fav sites and it would be all set.

My first impressions of Kylo are that it is fantastic. I really like the default homepage with all the media links in one place.

Since I have a wireless keyboard with a scroller wheel and trackball, the interface is VERY easy to work with. It's clean and effective, and I just set down the remote and pick up the keyboard whenever I load it up.

I had to configure it to behave like an iPad at Hulu.com in order to get their videos working, but I'm not sure I'll need that very often since Hulu already has its own WMC plugin that works with remote and keyboard both.

Not bad at all though.

We are working on the next release of Kylo and I was interested in any comments from current users. This thread looked to be on-topic, so I'll check back here as well.

Thanks!

Get it working with an WMC remote and I think everyone who has an HTPC would be using it.

Thanks!

As stated above, support for remotes is crucial for HTPC use.
