Man. I wouldn't conclude anything based on the length of warranty. I am a supporter of the Mits. I like it. My post was informational not a criticism. One can always purchase an additional year of warranty with the money saved by bying the Mits vs the Sony.
Maybe somebody should jump in and say there may have been only two failures but how many were sold in Canada?
Please no one is suggesting that the Mits has a longetivity issue.
And let me waive the Mits flag, they are upgrading early adopter purchasers' units at absolutely no cost. Kudos.
Now a poster here says the CMS in the Advanced units doesn't work. Someone else says it does work and Mits says it has been fixed.
So if you think it doesn't work, please elaborate, what led you to this conclusion? Please explain. Can you adjust xyY? Can you adjust only one or two of them? Is there enough range? Do they interact? Thanks
