Test tone only goes to FL, FR and sub-woofer.
The phase is ok.
At some point, I was able to hear RL and RR speakers. So it doesn't look like there is anything wrong with the speakers or the speaker wire connections.
I suspect the audio input and output and the speaker configuration from the AVR.
Flipping channels and 10-second delay in tuning to TV is still an issue.
