Hi all; Until I got my tm700, I've been using panasonic TZ5's 720p video mode for recording motion picture. In 1080 60p default settings (IA), tm700 gives much more noise comparing to tz5 in low light. Could it be because of smaller sensor size of tm700 (1/4.1" vs 1/2.3") ? I've tried manual mode. When I reduce gain under 15db, noise decreases but also pictures gets dark. Should it be better than small compact digital camera's video mode at it's default settings in low light ? I'm disappointed. Seeing CCInfo review likes low light performance makes me wonder if I'm missing something here.

Sorry for creating a new thread for this, but, in panasonic tm700 thread, i've got no response so far
