"The Gates" on ABC - Page 2

I think this show is getting enough buzz to last its 13 weeks but sure wish SyFy would pick this up !

Gahh hell no. Unless it was being Cancelled SyFy has been making some bad decisons of late. Let start with the name "SyFy".

Don't get me wrong I love me my SG:U, Warehouse13, Haven, etc but they are in the process of rebranding to appear to a none Sci-Fi audience.

What happened to the pretty female cop? Did I miss something?

SyFy would give this a chance while ABC may show all the 13 episodes but unless it suddenly starts getting in the top 10 I highly doubt ABC will bring this back for another season

They kinda left it open. If the show gets renewed she lives, if not I think she's toast.

She's still there... heartless and everything!
She cracked the security on the email of the vamp creating false identities for the other vamps.

As far as the FBI agent/vamp... YOWZA!!!

Not to mention we still want to know whats in her "BOX!"
Wonder if her story of a man taken a woman's heart is literal? Is that is the box?

I believe it IS her heart in the box.

We'll find out, hopefully!

Anyone else amped for this Sunday's 2 hour season/series(?) finale??
It looks to be a wrap up and with such low ratings this may be it.
It's been a good ride. Glad to have had it over the summer!

Well I hope I get some resolution to that heck of a cliff hanger. ABC please bring the show back for next summer it is a better alternative then reality shows.

Yes seems we were correct and her Heart was in the box. So is she a zombie? Devon what did she bring back?

I hope they have a 2nd season but due to lack of commments here and else where I wont hold my breath. Still I enjoyed it also.

Rhona Mitra looks hot as an angry vampire. Great ending. Hopefully we
get to see season 2.

Finally watched the finale and I echo the sentiment here... Not great, but WAAAAAAYYY more entertaining than the normal summertime reality-show dreck!
ABC, do the right thing and get to working on this STAT! Or else next summer you'll be wishing you had.
Rhona Mitra continues to impress me, and I too want to know what the heck Charlie is now.

Peg is weak, though.
Another thing that impressed me was the picture quality. The detail always seemed to draw me in, moreso on this show than any other. Well done.

What other weekly show has FOUR gorgeous women (Marisol Nichols, Rhona Mitra, Chandra West and that female cop) in it? Even CSI:Miami can't really match that bevy-o-beauties!

I admit, I hadn't really noticed what a beauty the female cop was until I saw her in her party dress. Wowza!!!
