My Panny TH42PX60U went dead, advice

So my Panny PX60u went dead, and I am pretty sure it is PSU related, or PSU fuse related. There is no indicator light, and it doesnt seem to get any power.

So...

Does anyone have the fuse info, or a downloadable service manual, or any helpful tips?

Goal is to check the fuse, and change if needed.
