Just put a new HD in my 5000. I have a Verizon 71001 STB. (BTW, Blaster code 7400A was working fine until the hard drive went.) I went thru the process of downloading program and channel data but couldn't get a video connection.
After spending an hour repeating the procedure, for the heck of it I specified Time Warner as my provider. Bingo, everything works except the channel lineup doesn't agree with the Verizon lineup.
I am not with Time Warner. Anyone have an idea?
Everything was working fine until I put the new drive in.
