For a few months this TV worked fine via a cablevision remote and the included sony remote. Go away for a week and bam, BOTH remotes no longer work. Batteries are fresh, the remotes can drive other boxes/devices.
The KDL325000 does not accept the IR signals is my feeling right now.
Room lighting has not changed, tried all lights off, right at the IR sensor, tried with TV off, with TV on. Cycled power, etc...
Sony self help site, said all the same plus turn off the Light Sensor. Mine does not seem to have one, so that's a dead end.
I'm baffled. If anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful.
