For music you can do much better but if you are happy with it thats all that matters.

I think an Onkyo 808 would be WAY overkill for something like that. I think I'd look at $500 receivers and put that extra $500 toward better speakers. You'll notice the extra money in the speakers WAY more than you will in the receiver.

The one thing I do NOT like the is the Polk PSW505 subwoofer. I would go with a Bic or HSU subwoofer.

And for side surrounds I might just use Monitor 50's the Monitor 60's might be overkill
