Went ahead and got the skyrim dlc. May pick up hotline Miami also for 2.50
post #1382 of 1856
Yeah, I can barely navigate it right now. Already got the CS pack and antichamber. Tempted on hotline Miami but that seems like it'd be better on PS3/Vita

Wow, I wasn't overly impressed when i saw the initial page, but then I went to my wishlist and almost everything is on sale! eek.gif

Not as much 75% off as hoped though - most things I want are 33% or 50%.

Very tempted on Skyrim Legendary for $36. I figured I'd be picking it up if it went on sale. Now I just have to debate if I want to chance it going deeper later or just getting it now smile.gif

$24 for Far Cry 3 is not hitting my sweet spot yet. I'll keep passing on it. That is if it got chosen.

Not during the sale it won't. If it's a daily deal, that's the cheapest it will be during the sale.

I'm trying to buy Blood Dragon but I keep getting errors.
Was going to do the $20 upgrade to Civ 5 gold, but I figured I'd wait for the sale. The upgrade option has now disappeared (on my phone at least), and my only remaining option is to buy the full blown gold edition....for $25.

So the sale actually increased the price...sigh.

Yep, took me over a half hour to finally get Strike Suit Infinity purchased lol

Not seeing anything I can't live without right now. If Dishonored gets the community vote I may get that.
I just nabbed a bunch of Pinball FX2 tables. Will probably get CoJ: Gunslinger tonight, too.

Yeah I voted for it anyway...but they could do better.

Looks like the gold edition upgrade was actually marked down to ten bucks...only took me a damn hour to get logged in so I can see it, because the mobile app sucks.
Was hoping to pick up Max Payne 3 but $20 doesn't seem like that good a deal. I was hoping it would be around $10 at most.

It's $10 at amazon right now, but I'm not 100% sure it's a steam code.

Max Payne 3 is indeed a Steam code at Amazon.

Yup $10.

btw, the newest expansion is pretty decent. Not sure if it's worth the $30 but I'm enjoying it.

Yeah, I figure I'll get brave new world eventually, but I haven't touched any of the other stuff yet. I need to keep civ at arms length because it causes me to lose all sense of time.

Perfect! I just had enough GC credit to cover the game too smile.gif

Can't believe the size of the game install! Unfortunately, I'm running low on space on my SSD and will have to install it to my regular HDD. Hope the load times are still decent.

To this day I still don't understand why there isn't a simple option to move a game to another drive.

There's 2 simple ways.

1. - Steam allows you to install to a different location on almost every game
2. - Steam Mover, even easier for moving games post install.

Steam is pretty good about letting you install games on different drives. I've also used Steam Mover to move games back and forth from my SSD and HDD. Come to think of it, I can probably reclaim enough space by moving Bioshock Infinite off my SSD now that I'm done with it.

Any thoughts on the Knife of Dunwall DLC for Dishonored? Is it worth $5?

Still have a ways to go with finishing Dishonored so wouldn't get to it for a while.

Wait to see if it ends up the community pick, the DLC might be cheaper

I'm passing on it until it hits $30 or $20, which it just might.

As it's a Flash sale, there is a chance of it going lower, but I wouldn't expect it to get lower than 50% off. While the game isn't that new, the Legendary edition is.
Yeah I figure for a potential $5-$10 savings, I might as well just pick it up and not worry about it. I've been eyeing it for a LONG time!
Pretty good haul so far. I picked up:

Civ 5 gold upgrade - $10
Counterstrike collection - $7.50 (couldnt resist the nostalgia for another 2.50 over 4.99 for just CS:GO)
To the Moon - $3
Borderlands 2 - $10
Antichamber - $7

Still holding out hope for DmC under $20, Tomb Raider at $15 (otherwise I'm just going to get it at 17.50 on amazon on the 14th), Far Cry 3 < $20 and Blood Dragon <$10.

Also got my eye on the quake collection but I'm hoping for $10 or less.

Really wish they had those old monolith games like NOLF and SHOGO, but they're not on the store anywhere. frown.gif

Been pretty good today, only bought one game

Strike Suit Infinity : $1.74 (actually only paid 78 cents as I had Steam Wallet cash.
