Thanks. I bought a Harmony One this morning. Programing this will take a couple days but seems very possible.

Well, I got my Harmony One remote and set it up. I was able to set up the basics by myself but wasn't able to add a command to automatically power up the 12 volt triggers in zone 2.
I called Logitech/Harmony customer service and was connected with a Rep in the Philippines. She was very nice but unable to fully comprehend what I needed. She transferred me to a higher level CS Rep (James) in Canada. He was the best! James checked my programming and made some adjustments for me. He suggested a couple of alternatives for the Remote screen and had me up and running in a few minutes.
I love the Remote. It makes everything about the Onkyo 3008 remote very simple and the displays are easy to see and understand. Highly recommended for anyone struggling to use complicated, multiple step commands with the Onkyo.
Doesn't the x008 work just like the EQ1 in that respect? If you have two subs I mean? The x007 has two sub outputs but my feeling is that it's just one really that happens to be 'Y split' internally if you see what I mean. Certainly when I run XT on them configured as two separate subs, it seems to EQ them together and treats them as one. I gather the x008 is different in that regard isn't it? But if it is, and it treats the two subs as two discrete subs, then it works just like the EQ1 anyway.
