I would consider that perhaps only 75% of what is published is accurate at this time. Sometimes marketing and engineering are on different planets.
I saw the progressive stuff too. It would be strange since some TVs don't do 480p. But some people call 480i analog. I still have some worry about the place in the manual that says optical has the best quality. Again, the 75% rule.
I will probably buy one after a review from any cable user. I couldn't help but notice that the picture on the web site that shows the dual guide function used inputs from two antennae. That was funny, yet they
are labeled RF1 and RF2, so that will keep users with two OTA sources happy. I guess the dual tuners don't care about the differences betweem 8VSB and QAM256. That's great. I hope. On the bright side, OTA is described as 2-69. That's up to date.
