Is anyone using PopBox with HP Mediasmart server?

I was planning to use a Popbox with my HP Mediasmart server and was wondering if anyone had this type of setup? I'm having a problem with the TwonkyMedia Server on my HP server and had to disable it. I was wondering if the PopBox would still work without the TwonkyMedia server running?

I'm using a mediasmart server with my PopBox and other media players. I've never enabled Twonky on the WHS and have no isuses streaming all my content from my MSS WHS to my mediaplayers including the PopBox.

OP, the Pop...and most other media streamers...will see the shares from your HP MSS. No Twonky needed.

agreed... i use my 18TB HP mediasmart 495 server to stream as network shares to my popcorn hour C-200 and other networked media players... works great... twonky has never been used...

You definitely don't want Twonky as it doesn't even support all the file formats that the Popbox does.
