DVR option for ESPN3.com?

While looking for less delayed viewing options for the recent British Open golf tournament, I found ESPN3.com, and found it to be a useful viewing option. Of course, it's not as good as broadcast HD, but it's much better than nothing.

Has anyone seen any options for DVR recording / pausing / etc. ESPN3.com streams on a Mac?

You should be able to pause on ESPN3 live broadcasts. Most stuff they show is availible for replay, so you don't have to record.

I have no idea how to record those few things they don't have for replay. I assume some kind of video capture card, but you're trying to capture out the PC instead of some other device--cable box, video game, etc.
