Did get the player on a Gold Box deal from Amazon for $100, so I felt that was a good deal. Was looking at the 210 previously.

Is it possible to just plug an ethernet cable into the player? That's how I just did mine. Thanks for the heads up on the firmware update.

He was talking about the enhanced Panasonic Blu-ray firmware available from www.***************** which allows for DVD+Blu-ray multiregion, UOP deactivation and PAL playback, not about original firmware...

Ohhhh...I get it. 1.31A...not plain ol' 1.31 that my unit has now. I don't need those features but it sounds great. Thanks.

My NIB spinner is arriving next week! With a promo, it came in at a Benjamin and pocket change.

Considering I'm finally upgrading from a 2006 Sony DVD player, this could be quite a bit of fun indeed!
