HIS Radeon 5670 - can you confirm you can set the fan speed?

Hi,

if you have a HIS Radeon HD 5670 card (either 1GB or 512MB), can you please confirm you can tweak the fan speed with Catalsyst Control Center (later versions)? And if not, have you been able to do so with the Radeon BIOS Editor?
