copying 5 DVD's (SD) to one Blu Ray Disc

I have several DVD's, each divided into 20 chapters or so with a simple menu. The videos were created on an older Sony MiniDV camcorder. I edited and burned the DVD's using Magix 11.

I'd like to take the contents of 5 or so DVD's and put them all on a Blu Ray disk complete with chapter markers & labels. Is there software that can do this, preferably with lossless compression?

dropping them all in the time line in magix should do it....not 100% sure as its been awhile

That allows for creating a Blu Ray from several DVD's, but it doesn't import chapter markers or labels. Seems like some most video editors should recognize chapters and import them, but Magix doesn't appear to do it.

I supposed it may be necessary to manually go back and mark chapters and re-enter labels. Unfortunately I have 12+ hours of video to go through.

That's the method I am aware of, I just played around with it a year ago, never really used it much. I would think a nice NLE (Sony, Edius) would allow a scripted event to auto place the markers at certain intervals or whatnot....just speculation
