- 80 Hz is the correct xover frequency for pretty much everyone

- "small" is the right speaker size for everyone

- "-12 dB ch. trim level" is the system's shorthand for "The signal is pegged off scale so I can't deal with it. Put in-line attenuators in the signal path to the amp, switch to less efficient speakers, or place them in a huge room at a great distance, if you want me to function properly."
