help fixing screen

Hi there

I have a 92" elunevision 1.8 gain grey screen and I may have accidentally rubbed the coating off the screen while cleaning it

I used a clean rag with warm water

Now there's a small round splotch in the middle of the screen

Can use any type of spray paint to fix this

I tried calling eastporters but they won't respond and the screen is only a month old and don't want to buy a new one

You may have a round splotch of clean screen. If you really did rub off the coating there is nothing you can do to fix it. However, you typically have to rub pretty hard to remove the coating, were you really scrubbing the screen or just wiping it with a wet cloth? Try cleaning the whole screen with a water damped cloth. Change the cloth frequently, it will initially look like a smeary mess, but as you keep changing the cloth you will eventually get up all the guck.

At first I just rubbed it, but as it wasn't coming off I started scrubbing it. I used a typical rag, and made sure no chemicals were on the it. I'm pretty sure I rubbed the color off.

I was thinking of using a 18% neutral grey color paint to cover it. I got some paint swatches to see if there's a color to match.

Generally touching screens is not recommended, unless you have no choice (like a dark spot on it). Things like dust, etc.... don't worry about...
