No it did not..I emailed the product manager in Japan that I made contact with through some professional contacts ..who tells me this:

The Pandora function of A3000 has some limitations.
1)The number of times of Skip (6 skips per hour per station limit) 2)Automatic stop after long-time streaming
Although we investigated the above-mentioned limitations, we were not able to reproduce the same phenomenon.
Would you update the A3000 to the most recent edition (Version 3.34)?
And if some problems still occur after updating, would you inform US support?

Note that I do not see this issue with my Panasonic BluRay player. I do see it on my laptop too..it is a royal PIA
when I travel and want to listen to Pandora in the hotel and get the "are you still listening" male bovine excrement banner..and have to walk over to the laptop to say "YES" . Note that my email to Pandora support on this issue went unanswered.
