Hi,

I have samsung UA40C6200 , I entered in service menu and didn't do any other operations, the screen show the main infomation,in the information all the calibration is showing failure, just like below:
.....
EDID SUCCESS
CALIB: AV X COMP X PC X HDMI X.
.....
and then I enter the ADC/WB menu, but it is empty, there aren't any setting menu items.
This leads me to believe it wasn't calibrated correctly at the factory.Someone have the same problem with me?Should I be worried about this? How can I get the ADC/WB setting meun items to do the cablieration?

Cheers,

The user manual is something you should actually read.

Calibration is done in the user menu of the tv. All the controls are there.

You want to try that again in English with proper punctuation?

Greetings

It is hard to make a case that there is something wrong with your TV when the only evidence you have is from an area of the TV you are not supposed to venture into. This could constitute a warranty violation and they could just cancel your warranty as a result ... because who knows what else you might have done in the SM.

The only way to get warranty assistance here is to document something that the TV actually does when it is being used normally .... not because something in the SM says something you don't understand. They have no responsibility to teach owners of the TV every intricacy of the service menu.
