Small Form Factor 3D Vision HTPC under $500?

I built a PC and it works but I don't like it all to much. To big, to loud, to much heat from the GT 470 GPU....

So what is the current best price performance bang for buck GPU in 3D Vision knowing I really only want to play back 3D Bluray?

Needs to HDCP HDMI output.

I'm fine with audio over the legacy digial audio connections.

I also would like several PCIe card slots / strong PCIe support... I am having a devil of time with a GPU and Avermedia HDDVR PCIe cards.

The Nvidia chips that have hardware acceleration support for decoding of MVC 3D BR are the 240 chip and any of the 4xx chips.

460 is a good choice because of bitstreaming over HDMI, but soon enough there should be even cheaper bitstreaming solutions from Nvidia using the GF106/GF108 platforms.
