Worth Selling Onkyo HT-S6200 7.1 Speakers?

I've got the Onkyo S6200 HT in a box set and I'm looking to get rid of the speakers and just keep the receiver as it's time to upgrade.

Are these speakers worth anything to sell? If so what is the best place to sell them at?

I really would just feel bad having all these speakers tucked away in the closet to never be used again.

Need some advice on how to unload these things.

Throw them up on Craigslist. Someone will most likely buy them from you.

I wouldn't charge more than $100, and even that might be generous.

You'd be amazed at what you can get for your Onkyo speakers. You're including the subwoofer too, right?

I remember one guy sold his Onkyo speakers on ebay and I showed him a link with a refurb receiver and the same speakers with 1 year warranty for LESS than what he sold his speakers for.

People don't know better. You might get $150 for them if in very good condition.

Yeah, I'd like to get rid of the six satellites, center speaker, and the sub.

What do you think it would cost to ship that to a buyer? I wouldn't even know how to sell it on ebay as I wouldn't know what to set the shipping price at. I hate it when sellers just jack the shipping price up to something unrealistic for profit.

I have no idea what shipping cost would be. You can box all the speakers up and measure and weigh the package. Easy enough to go online to find out the shipping cost from Fedex, UPS, etc.

That's the advantage of selling locally on craigslist. You don't have to worry about shipping.
