Should I try my luck with another Panasonic G20??

First let me give a little background, I bought a 50" G20 from Best Buy in March, within the first month I returned it 2 times due to the loud buzzing sound, the 3rd one buzzed just as badly so I decided to just deal with it. So now, about a month ago I had an image burn in at the top of the screen. It was from a game I played for roughly 1-1.5 hours, over a month I figured it would just go away and it hasn't and I haven't played the game since then either. So a best buy technician came out, verified that it was indeed burned in and said what they usually do is just replace the TV. He suggested I shouldn't have been using a plasma in the first place if I wanted to game on it. Alright, so, I received a phone call today saying I can go in to best buy and exchange the TV. I talked to a guy I know who works at home theater and he says I am able to exchange it for a different model if I want, because they are all "comparable technology" (I assume i would have to pay any price difference if it existed).

So now, between my above average elevation (Roughly 6,500 feet), the buzzing sound I have gotten on 3 different G20's, and the image burn in I received playing a game.. do you guys think I should stay away from getting another G20? Should I check out a different plasma brand or do you think it might be a good idea to look in to LED/LCD?

Thanks a lot

If I were you, I'd look into an LED. Stay away from Samsung plasmas (worse buzzing and worse IR).

If I look for an LEd with a similar price point such as:

Am I going to see a noticeable drop in picture quality?

I would only get one with 240 Hz technology. Samsung and LG top-of-the-line LEDs are IMO the best. IMO spending a little more for a better display makes a lot of sense for something you only buy every 5+ years (think of the extra cost/year).
