Where to put a 2nd SUB?

I could use some suggestions on where to add a second
sub into my set-up. My floor plan is very open. Behind the main couch is the kitchen bar and then the kitchen. To the right of the couch is an opening into
the dining room, and to the left is a sliding glass door.

I was thinking underneath the corner left end table firing toward the TV?
The other option is in between the left front and the TV stand firing forward,
which I have read here is not ideal.
Attached is a crude sketch of the set-up. Thanks

On the other side of the TV looks best to me. Either just like you have the other sub, next to the TV and then your RF or I would put in in the corner where your end table is and move the table a bit. What kind of sub is this? Are they matching? I would have the driver face into the room. I don't know where you read that having subs on either sides of a TV is bad? I have seen a few setups like that. The only time it would be bad is if you had a tube TV and your subs were not shielded.

I like Mike's ideas. Ultimately you'll probably end up trying several positions to see which one gets you the most even response.

Agree on the trial and error method. I was "stuck" with one spot but lucky for me it actually turned out not to bad.

Thanks for the help. It would be another Rythmik sub. I guess basically
I only have the 2 choices. Thanks again.

Yea, lack of choices actually makes the final choice quite easy. Good luck.
