Looking for HTIB for Projector

I am looking to get a new setup with a projector and have an older Sony HTIB that has no HDMI connections. I am looking for a new setup that will allow me to connect my Xbox 360(older model with no HDMI) through component cables and my PS3 through HDMI. I would like to be able to output those systems through HDMI to the projector. Would something like the Onkyo HT-S3300 or Sony SS370 fit the bill?

As with all the other posts, it depends on room size, how you want to use the home theater system, price range, etc...

Yes they will work. No, its not the best, but for the $ its hard to beat. Onkyo preferred btw.
